Topssy Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all services provided by Topssy (Topssy.com), including our AI-powered Lead Generation and Outreach services, which involve scraping, qualification, and personalized messaging.
General No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service, which involves the immediate allocation of dedicated resources (AI processing, data scraping, infrastructure costs, and content personalization) upon subscription, we generally maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy.

All fees are paid in advance for the service period (e.g., monthly). Once the service period has commenced and our AI has begun the scraping, qualification, or outreach process for that period, the associated fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions (Grounds for Refund Consideration)
Topssy is committed to delivering the services as described in your service agreement. A refund, whether full or partial, will only be considered under the following circumstances, which constitute a verifiable Service Failure:

A. Technical Service Outage
If Topssy experiences a complete, unplanned technical outage of the core AI outreach system that lasts for more than 7 consecutive days during your paid service period, preventing all lead scraping, qualification, and outreach.

B. Inability to Deliver
If, after the service has commenced, Topssy determines that we are technically incapable of providing any of the core contracted services (scraping, qualification, or outreach) due to unforeseen technical limitations on our end.

Note: Service failure does not include dissatisfaction with the volume of leads, the conversion rate of leads, or market response, as these factors are highly variable and outside of Topssy's direct control.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe a Service Failure has occurred as defined in Section 2, you must submit a written request within seven (7) days of the failure occurring.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Topssy management. If approved, a proportional refund for the unused portion of the service period (based on the documented failure) will be processed within 30 days.
Service Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To prevent being billed for the next period, you must submit a written cancellation request at least three (3) business days before your next billing date.

Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

You will not be charged again. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current cycle.

Contract/Fixed Term Agreements
If you are under a fixed-term service contract (e.g., 6-month or 12-month commitment), cancellation terms will be governed by the specific terms outlined in your signed service agreement.
